LIFE FIT is a vibrant and exciting charity that works with former professional footballers to help them thrive after leaving top flight sport:​

• We strive to work with businesses, charities, voluntary and community groups, trade unions and others, to harness the power of football for the benefit of the entire community.
   

• Professional footballers retiring from playing the game, bring potentially immeasurable benefits to companies, the voluntary sector, non-governmental organisations, as well as public services.
   

• The skills, knowledge and experience of elite footballers can be transferrable across multiple sectors, industries and disciplines.
   

• LIFE FIT wants to work and engage with businesses, charities, and other groups to work creatively for the good of football, and to explore how the game can give back more to the community.  
   

• Our charity would love to work with those in the private, voluntary and public sectors to achieve the goals set out above.
   

• LIFE FIT wants to draw on and utilise the experience and creativity of potential partners in other sectors for the good of the game, while sharing our own huge network of contacts in Scottish football with others.
   

• We want to work collaborate with those who have a passion for football.
   

• LIFE FIT needs the experience and expertise of those in industry, charity, and other areas of public life to create a winning partnership.
   

• We want you to take a leading role in helping to run our charity and to develop its work in the short, medium and long term.
